Memang support yg baik..... t.kasi kerana datang membantu FSF... Saya ada menggunakan 3 platform untuk trading iaitu Insta, ikofx dan liteforex...ke tiga tiga ni mmg saya gunakan dalam real trading dan bukannya demo.....
Walau pun masalah saya tidak lah seperti masalah member kita ..... tak boleh close sampai pagi..... sadis tul hingga kena MC... tapi biasa saya close trade.... Insta akan biasanya... requote... are you sure? biasa hingga dua kali baru trade ini boleh di close.... nasib baik juga saya ni bukan scalper.....kalau scalper mmg masi sempat loss...

Terus terang sa cakap Insta ni kalau Payment mmg No.1..... paling Laju..... tapi MT4..... rasanya agak teruk..... kuat sangat requote..... Aru Sure? lepas tu No connection...... keadaan ini berlakujika trade saya berula dengan 0.50..... lepas tu sa hentam 5 dollar......mmg ada masalah...... insta ni kalau scalping rasanya bahaya..... so saya biasa letak TP ja lagi baik

ya sya setuju cakap ko bos.. payment insta no comment, memang cun!! tapi mt4 kureng.. betul ko cakap selalu sgt "requote" dan no connection.. sya rasa platform ikofx lagi laju, tiada requote dan jarang no connection berbanding platform insta.. ( berdasarkan pengalaman sya bersama dua platform ini)

mau tanya kawan-kawan, swap di insta forex tu apa maknanya ya ?

Sa mo kasi cerita pengalaman sia semalam..... bukan untuk kasi buruk ini broker lah... tapi ini realiti..... saya trade GU saya pasang US3 dollar sell.... mo 6 kali "are you sure" lepas tu saya terpaksa trade itu EU ja..... pakai 50Cents.. dapat pula.. P/S: jangan sekali kali main scalping dengan broker ini......... bisa hangus akaun..... TP atau Trailing jan lupa letak setiap kali trade....

hihi, ya bos, sya suka ni insta pasal support di Malaysia utk deposit/withdrawal sgt effecient cuma platform mo kasi upgrade lagi. ada kwn sya pasang 3 po sell gj, pastu sekali tingu tu price gj turun limpas smua po dan TP dia, tapi yg hairan po dia diam2 nda kena. smlm sya main insta, panas bila mo pasang po, balik2 "requote" "no connection" bila mo ejes TP/SL, "time out"!!

p/s:Dear IFX Katerine, actually what we have written here is to express our dissatisfaction towards the insta mt4 as we encounter frequent "requote", "no connection" and "time out" whenever executing our trade. so as insta trader, we are expecting that insta can do something to make your trading platform more efficient. for your information, the local support in Malaysia was very excellent and they did their job very good!!

Please, pay attention that the contest rules "Real Scalping with InstaForex" were changed. Two clauses were added to the section V. "The winner specification". Now if during the week the number of the replenished accounts participating in the contest does not exceed 30 - the contest together with the replenished accounts will be carried next week forward.

Besides, for taking the prize-winning place the participant must make 10% profit for each of the following pairs: EURUSD, USDJPY, USDCAD, EURJPY, GBPJPY.

I am very sorry, our platform prevents you to trade normally. Maybe requotes occur because of the server's updating? Anyway, I will transmit your claim to our technical dept. I am sure, they can fix the problem.
